黄河流域迎来国家战略

TheCommunistPartyofChinaCentralCommitteeandtheStateCouncilhavejointlyissuedanoutlinedocumentontheecologicalprotectionandhigh-qualitydevelopmentoftheYellowRiverbasin.

中共中央、国务院近日印发《黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展规划纲要》。

Thedocumentwillguidethecountry'secologicalconservationandhigh-qualitydevelopmentoftheYellowRiverbasin,andserveasanimportantbasisforformulatingandimplementingrelevantplanningschemes,policiesandmeasures,aswellasengineeringprojects.

《纲要》是指导当前和今后一个时期黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的纲领性文件，是制定实施相关规划方案、政策措施和建设相关工程项目的重要依据。

By2030,thedocumentpredictsChinawillhaveimprovedthebasin'senvironmentanditswaterconservationcapabilities,anditwillhavecompletedamodernfloodcontrolanddisasterreductionsystem.《纲要》指出，到2030年，黄河流域生态环境全面改善，水资源节约集约利用水平全国领先，现代化防洪减灾体系基本建成。

关于水资源保护，《纲要》要求城市根据其水资源承载力规划工业和其他产业发展。

我国居民休闲时间增加

Chinesepeoplehavespentmoretimeonleisureactivitiesthisyearcomparedwiththeperiodbeforethenovelcoronavirushit,accordingtoarecentreportbytheChinaTourismAcademy.

中国旅游研究院近日发布的报告显示，今年以来我国居民休闲时间较疫情前有所增加。
